Subscriber Terms

The Platform

ABC Digital is a subscription service providing ABC materials for directors and teachers to teach all-digital or supplement their print materials. Account holders create an organization and classes and may invite others to join them to share responsibility for the account, including directing and teaching classes.

Your Subscription and Access

ABC Digital subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis as specified by your choice of classes and frequency of payment. You understand that continued use of the platform is contingent upon your payment of the subscription. Delinquent accounts will be given a limited grace period at our discretion, after which we may terminate your access to the platform.

Payment Schedule

Your first payment will be charged today as indicated during the checkout process. Subsequent payments will be charged according to the frequency you select (e.g., monthly, annually). By default, your renewals will be on the same day you signed up (e.g., monthly subscriptions created on April 3rd will renew automatically on May 3rd, June 3rd, etc.). If you wish to modify this schedule or cancel your subscription, please contact us. Subscriptions created at the end of the month may renew as early as the 28th day of subsequent months. Your subscription will automatically renew until it is cancelled. For annual subscriptions, we will notify you of the pending renewal of your subscription at least 30 days prior to the renewal date of your subscription. For all subscriptions, you must cancel your subscription before it renews in order to avoid billing of subscription fees for the renewal term.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to the platform will continue for the remainder of your paid time (i.e., until the next renewal date), at which time you will not be charged for renewal and access to the platform will be terminated. If you decide to continue using the platform after cancellation, please contact us. We may cancel your subscription at any time upon notice to you, subject to our cancellation and refund policy.

Free Trial Terms

What Does the Free Trial Include?

Your free trial includes full ABC Digital access for up to six classes for 30 days. After this time, your free trial will be automatically converted to a paid subscription unless you cancel (see terms below).

Who Is Eligible?

New customers who have not previously used ABC Digital are eligible.

Exceptions

Those customers who used ABC Digital during the early access period are not eligible for a free trial.

When Will My Credit Card Be Charged?

The free trial period ends 30 days after you signed up. Your card will automatically be charged on that day. You will be sent an email at least five business days before any payment is processed for your subscription to remind you what day your card will be charged.

How Can I Cancel My Free Trial?

If you decide that ABC Digital isn’t for you, then please contact us within three business days asking us to cancel your account. You will be sent an email reminder at least five business days before any payment is processed.
